Cancelation & Rescheduling
* Minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel, reschedule or change a service

* 50% deposit of the total Service is required to book, & deducted from the service
* Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable after 24 hours

In Salon Etiquette
* Please arrive with plenty of time to find parking & settle in for your appointment
* Due to our Salon space, please come alone. babies in prams are the exception, unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.
* Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be treated as a no show, or if possible we can adjust the time we have left
